What is a UPS?

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is basically like a big battery to provide your electronic devices power when there’s a power outage. They also help to protect your devices from getting damaged during power surges, short circuits and other irregularities in electric flows.

What can I plug into my UPS?

You can plug your Fibre box (ONT) and/or router into the Netogy Mini UPS.

How long does delivery take?

Once your device has been paid for, we will send it via our couriers. It will usually be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Is it compatible with my Fibre box (ONT)?

Please note that it is compatible with most Fibre boxes (ONTs), except the Frogfoot ONT.

Do I leave it in or unplug it after each use?

It is best to leave a UPS plugged into a power outlet to keep it charged. Remember to leave your devices (router / Fibre box) plugged into the UPS to ensure it draws enough power to keep charged and minimise interruptions should the power go off unexpectedly.

1x Y cable 2.5mm Male to Male (50cm)

Please note: The box does not include a power cable. You can connect the UPS30 to an electrical outlet with a 12V DC 2.5A power adapter.
